MRB Engineer

10–15 years of experience in MRB processes.

Project Lead for data-driven initiatives within Quality Engineering (QE), Manufacturing Engineering (ME), and Material Review Board (MRB).

Lead analytical projects, ensure data integrity, and drive process improvements through insights.

Proven experience in data analysis, project management, and quality engineering.

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, defect analysis, and MRB procedures.

Proficient in Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft Office, ERP/MRP systems, and Solumina.

Familiarity with machining, casting, forging, and special processes (e.g., heat treatment, NDT, Coating).

Experience with flight control system parts (e.g., stabilizers, rudders, actuators) is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills, including RCA and CAPA implementation.

Ability to interpret blueprints and use measurement tools.

Thorough understanding of aerospace quality standards (AS9100, AS9102).

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.

Must be a US Citizen or US Person.
