This is how you will grow:

We are looking for an individual who can own the requirements process end to end.

Develop and implement end to end requirements process from stakeholder input, project team review, status reporting, change management and post launch processes

Work with cross-functional stakeholders to refine input into well-defined and transparent requirements

Align the organization to the best fit industry standard and create various reports to communicate requirements & their status to the cross-functional team

Support technical documentation creation associated with requirements

Manage communication between technical project team and stakeholders ensuring clarity throughout process

Familiarity with regulatory documents and interpreting content

Requirements:

This is how you will take us forward:

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field

3 plus years experience in product management/requirements

3 plus years experience in product management with a proven track record of supporting product development, especially within the energy storage space

Experience in the development of battery systems

DOORS experience

Strong communication skills in both written & oral presentation

Organized, capable of utilizing collaborative software’s such as Microsoft Team

A desire to learn and understand the technical details of battery systems

Organized, can manage working on multiple tasks and prioritize work
