Job Title: System Developer

LinTech Global Inc. is recruiting for a System Developer to support our contract at the USTRANSCOM IBS Team at Scott Air Force Base.

Job Duties:

Plan for technology refresh and modernization initiatives

Develop strategies for legacy system modernization

Maintain compatibility with enterprise development standards

Document all architecture decisions and trade-offs

Create detailed system design and integration documentation

Develop migration strategies and modernization roadmaps

Establish technical review and approval processes

Develop understanding of transportation and logistics processes

Learn business analysis and requirements gathering

Understand user experience and interface design

Gain experience with process improvement and optimization

Required Qualifications:

10+ years Java/J2EE enterprise development

5+ years AngularJS/frontend development

3+ years microservices and cloud development

DoD application development experience (5+ years)

Preferred Qualifications:

Spring Framework expertise,

AWS/Azure cloud development experience

DevOps and CI/CD pipeline experience, Agile development methodologies

Database design and optimization experience

API development and integration experience
