Job Type: Full-Time Monday–Saturday

Compensation: $120,000–$200,000/year (Performance-Based)

Base Salary: $24,000–$36,000 + Commission

As an Inbound Sales Rep, you’ll speak directly with motivated home sellers who already reached out to us — no cold calls, no chasing. Your job is to control the conversation, build rapport fast, and guide them toward a win-win solution. You’ll track your pipeline in our CRM and work closely with our operations team to close deals.

What You’ll Do:

Take warm inbound calls from homeowners looking to sell

Ask key qualifying questions quickly and confidently

Build trust and close deals with speed and accuracy

Track conversations and updates in our CRM system

Collaborate with the acquisitions and operations teams to ensure smooth closings
