We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project/Program Manager IV with an engineering background to support the execution of high-value, high-visibility infrastructure programs. This role involves managing scalable data center qualification programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful integration of diverse systems and equipment globally.
You will work closely with engineering, supply chain, commissioning, and analytics teams to ensure quality, compliance, and operational efficiency across data center infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute end-to-end equipment qualification processes for data center infrastructure, including submittal reviews, structured testing, prototype evaluation, and documentation.
Track and report on qualification metrics, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
Lead coordination across architectural, electrical, mechanical, and control disciplines, as well as with vendors and commissioning teams.
Develop and maintain documentation strategies, including vendor audits, test reports, and qualification tracking.
Collaborate with analytics teams to build dashboards, metrics, and predictive tools.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency.
Participate in internal design meetings and factory witness testing.
Duration: 8 Months
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Full-time, standard hours (start between 6 AM – 9 AM depending on the day)
Travel: Up to 10% (including potential international travel)
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field)
8+ years of experience in project/program management
5+ years of experience in commercial/industrial design projects
2+ years of experience in mission-critical facility design or technical program management
2+ years of experience managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional Engineering (PE) license
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Graduate degree in a related field
Experience with large-scale construction or data center projects
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Smartsheet
Strong instincts and decision-making skills
Ability to earn trust and communicate effectively with leadership

Construction engineering experience with a relevant degree
Proficiency with Smartsheet
