Job Summary:
Our client is seeking an Admin Support Clerk to join their team! This position is located in Lake Mary, Florida.
Duties:
Entering, initiating, and updating employee payroll transactions in payroll and timekeeping systems, ensuring alignment with payroll schedules
Managing creation and updates of on-cycle pay lines, off-cycle payments, and online check processing for employees
Desired Skills/Experience:
Associate degree or 1+ years of related work experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
Experience with end-to-end payroll processing
Familiarity with Google Sheets
Experience using PeopleSoft or similar HR/payroll systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Proven ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization
Capable of working independently and within a team environment

The approximate pay range for this position is between $18.00 and $26.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
