Salesforce Program/Enterprise Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Program/Enterprise Architect to oversee and guide our Salesforce architecture across various clouds, as well as AWS and SAP environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with both SAP and Salesforce and will be based in Houston or willing to travel extensively to Houston.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business needs and collaborate with stakeholders to design effective Salesforce solutions that align with enterprise architecture principles.

Architect and implement scalable solutions across Salesforce clouds, AWS, and SAP, ensuring high standards in development and testing.

Manage and guide Salesforce architects in different clouds, overseeing documentation and ensuring readiness for build.

Maintain data integrity and security across Salesforce and integrated systems, adhering to best practices and compliance requirements.

Provide technical support and training to end-users and technical teams, while staying updated on new developments in Salesforce, AWS, and SAP technologies.

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required.

Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, and relevant certifications for various Salesforce clouds; experience with Copado deployments is a plus.

Proficiency in Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing) and core elements like data modeling, automation, and security; strong understanding of programming skills in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components; familiarity with integration tools such as MuleSoft or other middleware solutions.

Several years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation, with a proven track record of designing scalable, sustainable, and secure solutions; experience managing complex projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts into business insights; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; effective project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
