What You'll Do:

Lead structural design efforts on complex projects from concept through construction

Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to deliver innovative and efficient solutions

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence

Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables with a focus on quality and client satisfaction

Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate new technologies and methodologies

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

PE license required; SE license preferred

8+ years of structural engineering experience, ideally in building design

Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, RAM, RISA, Revit)

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
