We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our Columbus, OH office. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, updating property databases, and ensuring the integrity of our internal systems. Responsibilities

Accurately input and update property-related data in internal systems

Verify and cross-reference information for consistency and accuracy

Maintain confidential files and ensure data security protocols are followed

Assist with document preparation and file management

Generate routine reports and support administrative functions as needed

Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure data alignment

Qualifications

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred

Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles

Excellent typing speed and accuracy

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
