Summary: This role is responsible for assisting in gathering and documenting user requirements, conducting basic analysis tasks and supporting senior team members in various requirements and project related activities.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Assist in identifying and engaging key stakeholders involved in requirements gathering. Utilizing various elicitation tools and techniques for defects or small enhancements.
Collaborate effectively with vendors, stakeholders, and team members.
Prioritize, organize, and document requirements using use cases, user stories with acceptance criteria, process diagrams, and wireframes as needed.
Document requirements effectively to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with business objectives.
Clearly articulate requirements in both written and verbal communication, ensuring that all stakeholders have a common understanding.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business stakeholders.
Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment.
Assist in analysis and problem resolution for production defects Use system and business knowledge to optimize delivery and quickly resolve issues.
Understand requirements management and traceability.
Aid in Senior analyst in gathering information for developing communication.
Possess foundational technical knowledge across various phases of application systems analysis.
Assist in knowledge transfer before production release dates.
Adhere to and participate in established Agile practices and methodologies.
Engage in analytical activities throughout the software development lifecycle.
Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining the quality of requirements analysis.
Leverage new technologies like Gen AI to be more effective and efficient in completing deliverables
What You’ll Bring To The Company:
Some knowledge or experience in business analysis, project management, or related discipline and insurance knowledge is preferred.
Demonstrate a working knowledge of artificial intelligence technologies
Good analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communications skills.
Adequate knowledge of software tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Adobe is required. Some familiarity with requirements development tools, like Confluence, and project management software, like Jira, preferred.
Ability to work as part of a collaborative team.
