We are seeking a self-motivated and outgoingPart-Time B2B Sales Representativeto help grow our client base by sellingsecurity guard servicesto businesses. This is a flexible role, ideal for an independent professional or side hustler looking to earnresidual commission-based incomefrom ongoing sales.
In this role, youll be responsible for generating new business, closing deals, and earning residual commissions based on the accounts you bring ingiving you the opportunity to build long-term, passive income over time.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and target potential business clients through outreach, networking, and referrals
Present and promote our security services with a consultative, solutions-based approach
Close new accounts and build long-term client relationships
Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff and service delivery
Keep accurate records of prospects, meetings, and deals in a CRM or tracking system
Qualifications
Prior experience in B2B sales, preferably in service-based industries (security, janitorial, staffing, etc.)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-directed and comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
Professional demeanor with the ability to interact with business owners and decision-makers
Reliable transportation for local client visits
Compensation & Schedule
