Now Hiring: Fence Installation Manager

Full-Time, Year-Round South Portland, ME

Salary: $85,000 – $100,000/year

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support a high-performing fence installation team

Mentor and train apprentices and installers to ensure high-quality, efficient work

Provide on-the-job training and ensure adherence to our installation processes

Coordinate job schedules, crew assignments, and material logistics

Explore and implement new fencing products and methods for greater efficiency

Manage customer relationships and address field-related concerns

Organize schedules to match team strengths with project demands

Serve as a dependable, proactive point of contact for team and customer needs

What We're Looking For:

Some Fence experience is helpful, but not necessarily required as long as you have a strong desire to learn.

Strong leadership and mentoring abilities

In-depth knowledge of installation best practices

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Flexibility to meet team and customer needs, including occasional weekends
