Data Analyst

Job title : Data Analyst Location : Richmond, VA 23238 Job Description: Own end-to-end analytical and reporting solutions for high-priority marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless insights gathering for VPs and other stakeholders.

Execute A/B tests on various marketing strategies (e.g., email subject lines, call-to-action buttons, credit line increases) to optimize campaign performance and understand customer behavior.

Design, deploy, and maintain scalable ETL data marts using Python in Databricks to transform and manage large volumes of customer-centric data.

Contribute to the development of a robust data infrastructure that supports critical business functions like marketing analysis and reporting.

Conduct in-depth exploratory data analysis using SQL and Python to identify trends, patterns, and insights from large datasets.

Investigate and resolve complex data discrepancies in critical business reports by conducting deep-dive analysis on null values and identifying missing data sources.

Collaborate effectively with data owners and engineering teams to trace and rectify inconsistencies within upstream data pipelines, ensuring the highest level of data accuracy and reliability for senior leadership.

Develop and implement scripts to automate reporting and data delivery processes, saving significant manual effort.

Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems Information Technology,a closely related field, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S.equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.
