V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Market Research Sr. Analyst for our premier client in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Education and Experience "

University (Degree) Preferred.

5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Job Responsibilities:

Ensures accuracy and integrity of data, analytics, statistical modelling, visualizations, and interpretations.

Oversee processes and methodologies for gathering and analyzing market data and opinion research.

Analyzes the revenue impact of various online marketing and e-commerce strategies.

Implements evaluation standards and related policies and processes used to either project or measure results of various marketing initiatives.

Manages performance of team through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of exceptional products and engagement, motivation, and development of team.

Communicate with senior management about market analyses and marketing campaign performance, highlighting areas of opportunity for increased marketing and advertising as well as potential for new product or service development as appropriate.
