Marketing Intern

Are you a high school student with a passion for creativity, design, and digital media? Grand Forks Public Schools is seeking a motivated and innovative GFPS/CTE Student Intern to support our Career & Technical Education (CTE) Department in areas such as marketing, brand identity, graphic design, video production, social media, and website work.

This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to build your portfolio and gain real-world experience in a professional and creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design graphics and visual content for flyers, posters, presentations, and digital platforms

Assist in creating and editing videos to highlight CTE programs and student success stories

Support district branding efforts through consistent and creative visual storytelling

Help manage and schedule social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

Contribute to website updates, including layout, images, and program information

Collaborate with staff to promote events, initiatives, and CTE-related activities

Capture photos and video footage at school and community events (as needed) Who We're Looking For:

Currently enrolled in a Grand Forks high school

Interest in digital media, graphic design, marketing, or communications

Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, iMovie, or similar platforms

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Creative thinker with the ability to take initiative and work independently

Willingness to learn, collaborate, and contribute to a team What You'll Gain:
