Job Title: Structural Welder
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Structural Welder with a minimum of 3 years' experience in MIG and flux core welding, capable of passing a 3G test. As a Structural Fitter Welder, your role will involve interpreting blueprints, fitting and welding structural components, and executing final assembly tasks with precision and efficiency. You will collaborate closely with the Fabrication Finish Lead and Quality Control team to ensure all products meet high standards and AWS D1.1 codes.
Responsibilities
Interpret and work from complex blueprints and fabrication drawings.
Fit and weld structural components with precision.
Perform final assembly tasks ensuring quality and efficiency.
Collaborate with the Fabrication Finish Lead and Quality Control team to meet product standards.
Maintain high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.Essential Skills
Minimum of 3 years' experience in structural fitting and welding in a fabrication environment.
Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques.
Strong understanding of AWS D1.1 welding codes.
Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and fabrication drawings.
Experience with grinders, torches, and other finishing tools.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Work Environment
You will work a day shift from 5 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed for production. The work environment is physically demanding, requiring the ability to lift 50+ lbs. The workspace is clean and organized, with modern equipment and a focus on safety protocols.

This is a Contract position based out of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
