ERP/CRM Consultant

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled ERP/CRM Consultant to join our team on a contract basis in Sleepy Eye, Minnesota. This position involves working with Oracle Fusion systems to optimize and streamline configurations, ensuring the long-term stability of our business processes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing complex environments and resolving operational challenges effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a thorough evaluation of existing Oracle Fusion configurations, integrations, and customizations.

• Analyze and resolve technical issues related to scheduled jobs, over-customization, and misconfigurations.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to document workflows, configurations, and system dependencies.

• Re-map and reconfigure Oracle Fusion modules to align with industry best practices and organizational needs.

• Provide expert advice on Oracle Learn, Payroll, and Redwood UI implementations.

• Develop and present a roadmap for sustainable system operations after the engagement.

• Address gaps in existing documentation and enhance process clarity.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and knowledge transfer.

• Focus on optimizing system performance and improving overall functionality.

• Deliver high-quality solutions within the specified contract timeline.• Proven experience with Oracle Fusion HCM and related modules.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in ERP/CRM consulting roles.

• Strong technical expertise in analyzing and resolving configuration and operational issues.

• Ability to manage complex environments and untangle customized systems.

• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

• Familiarity with Oracle Learn, Payroll, and Redwood UI implementations.

• Demonstrated ability to align systems with industry best practices.

• Contract-specific availability for both onsite and remote work.
