Location: Boulder, CO (Gunbarrel Area)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Available Shifts & Compensation
1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:40 AM – 2:45 PM $18.50/hour
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:40 PM – 10:45 PM $20.00/hour
3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10:40 PM – 6:45 AM $21.50/hourAbout the Opportunity
We are seeking detail-oriented and motivated individuals to join our team as Medical Device Assemblers. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the production of life-saving medical technologies in a clean, collaborative, and purpose-driven environment.

Assemble medical devices according to detailed specifications and procedures
Operate hand tools and equipment with precision and care
Perform quality inspections and functional testing of assembled products
Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Adhere to all clean room protocols and safety regulationsClean Room Environment
This role is performed in a controlled clean room setting, which requires:
Wearing designated clean room attire (gowns, gloves, hairnets)
Following strict hygiene and contamination control procedures
No use of makeup, lotions, or nail polish during work hoursQualifications
Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
Capability to lift up to 30 lbs as needed
Willingness to work in a clean room environment
Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures
Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.50/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
