Job Title: CNC Operator

Job Description

You will follow blueprints and engineered drawings to set up and operate machines, ensuring the production of quality parts. Precision measuring devices will be used to check parts for quality, and you will also perform preventative maintenance and minor adjustments to machines while maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

Responsibilities

Follow blueprints and engineered drawings to set up machines.

Operate machines to produce quality parts.

Use precision measuring devices to check parts for quality.

Perform preventative maintenance and minor adjustments to machines.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.Essential Skills

Experience in machine operation.

Proficiency with CNC machines.

Knowledge of quality control processes.

Ability to read blueprints.

Proficiency with calipers and micrometers.

Experience with machining, drill press, shear, laser, turret, punch press, mill, and lathe.

Capability in machine setup, specifically Okuma and Mazak.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Ability and desire to learn setups.

Ability and desire to learn precision measurement devices.

Basic computer skills.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Washington, Missouri.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.25/hr.
