RN Float Pool

The RN Float Pool role involves performing comprehensive resident assessments and developing personalized Plans of Care to promote residents' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

The RN supervises practical nurses, CNAs, and other staff by evaluating their skills, clarifying expectations, and ensuring resident safety.

This position offers flexible shifts across multiple locations, with travel required and benefits provided.

Qualifications include a Minnesota-approved nursing education, current RN registration, CPR certification, and preferably experience in skilled nursing or assisted living.
