LPN Float Pool

The LPN participates in developing and modifying residents' Plans of Care, implementing delegated interventions under RN or physician orders.

Provides high-quality routine care to residents under RN supervision, following Minnesota BON standards, the Resident's Bill of Rights, and facility QAPI programs.

Works as part of the Float Pool, offering staffing support across multiple facilities, with flexible shifts and travel requirements.

Qualifications include a completed approved nursing program, a current Minnesota LPN license, CPR/emergency care certification (or willingness to obtain).

Preferred experience in skilled nursing or assisted living settings.
