Role Overview

Location: Sierra Vista, Arizona

Flexible full-time, 4-5 day/week schedule (preferred)

Part-time options between 2 days/week are available

Part-time options between 3 days/week are also available

Post-acute care inpatient setting

On-call during the day Monday through Friday

Day call only on days covering

What You'll Do

Deliver comprehensive primary care

Manage acute and chronic conditions

Develop personalized care plans

Integrate and work closely with the IDT

Partner and work collaboratively with TeamHealth physicians

Who we are looking for

New or experienced clinicians

FNP, CNP, AGNP, APRN, or PA

Active, new Arizona NP/PA license

Active DEA preferred but not required

Compensation

Uncapped earning potential: our compensation is fee for service (FFS); expected compensation is estimated salary range of $109,936 to $131,926 for full-time and $26,139 to $31,367 for part-time annually with no cap on productivity income potential with full benefits.
