Qualifications:
Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our Pre-Admissions Testing (PAT) departments in a pool capacity. This role involves travel between designated facilities and offers an exceptional work-life balance with a consistent daytime schedule and no weekend, holiday, night, or on-call responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive pre-admission assessments and evaluations
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient readiness for surgical procedures
Review and interpret diagnostic tests and medical histories
Provide patient education and support throughout the pre-operative process
Qualifications:
Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with experience in Family Medicine or Adult-Geriatric Care preferred
Registered Nurses (RNs) with substantial experience in Pre-Admissions Testing (PAT) or Pre-Operative (PreOp) Testing will also be considered
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
Willingness and ability to travel between sites as needed
