KēSTA I.T is actively seeking Programmer Analyst for an immediate contract engagement with our government client.

Job Description:

A senior-level Programmer Analyst III is needed to support development, enhancement, and maintenance efforts across multiple systems and platforms within the eligibility and client support areas. This role will work primarily with .NET (C#), Java, and Oracle technologies in a large-scale health and human services environment. The ideal candidate is an experienced technical resource capable of independently handling complex development tasks, offering creative solutions, and leading portions of agile development efforts.

Responsibilities:

· Act as a technical expert for systems in the eligibility area, providing end-to-end development, production support, and system maintenance.

· Design, develop, and maintain applications using a blend of technologies including .NET 4.8 (C#) and Java.

· Support critical web applications, including CDC I-Billing and CCAC (Childcare Attendance Certification) systems.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to upgrade technologies, implement new features, and troubleshoot system defects.

· Provide support for batch jobs, data validation, data storage, data retrieval, data manipulation, and output generation.

· Participate in and support agile methodologies including use of JIRA and DevSecOps practices.

· Develop system documentation, technical specifications, and support materials for both internal teams and end-users.

· Support reporting tools and outputs using Business Objects and Crystal Reports.

Required Skills:

o 8–11+ years of experience in software development or related technical roles.

· Proficiency in .NET 4.8 with C# and Java for application development and maintenance.

· Strong command of PL/SQL and Oracle database systems.

· Experience with JavaScript for front-end interaction.

· Familiarity with JIRA, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps GIT, and DevSecOps practices.

· Proficient in batch job creation/support and development toolchains.

· Experience with Business Objects or Crystal Reports for report development.
