KēSTA I.T is actively seeking a SAP Consultant for an immediate contract engagement with our government client.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Financial Consultant to support the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing operation of a large-scale SAP ECC system. This individual will work as part of a dedicated Finance team to ensure the optimal configuration and performance of SAP financial modules. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in public sector finance operations and extensive hands-on experience with ECC modules including FI, CO, FM, GM, and Project Systems.

Responsibilities:

· Provide implementation, configuration, and support services for SAP ECC financial modules including:

o FI (Financial Accounting)

o CO (Controlling)

o FM (Funds Management)

o GM (Grants Management)

o Project Systems

· Collaborate with internal finance teams and technical staff to align system functionality with organizational needs.

· Participate in all phases of the SAP project lifecycle: requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, training, and support.

· Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely delivery of support.

· Assist with the preparation and validation of financial data for reporting, including the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR).

· Support the integration of finance modules with other SAP areas such as CRM, Logistics, and Supplier Relationship Management.

· Ensure compliance with applicable policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills:

· 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ECC Financials implementation and support.

· 3+ years of experience working with SAP Finance ECC systems in a public sector environment.

· Functional expertise in:

o General Ledger

o Controlling (CO)

o Funds Management (FM)

o Grants Management (GM)

o Project Systems

· Hands-on experience in:

· Design and configuration

· Documentation and testing

· Go-live and post-production support

· Experience working directly with end-users and stakeholders.
