Utility Tool & Die

Job Summary: Provide support to Tool Room by performing utility tasks.

Required Education and Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to two years related experience/training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Good communication skills and good knowledge of English language

Must be able to work in a team environment

Essential Functions:

Safely move dies as directed utilizing overhead cranes and forklifts.

Perform safety inspections of overhead cranes and forklifts.

Keep dies clean by washing them as required and wrap of dies for preservation against weather.

5s and organization tasks in Tool Room.

Any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the Tool Room Team Leader/ Supervisor

Abide by all Company polices including, but not limited to the following: Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental Systems, Human Resources policies, and the Martinrea Employee Handbook

Work Environment:

100% Plant Floor (PPE Required)
