Retail Sales - Part Time

As a Customer Service Associate, you will provide friendly support to help customers find products and resolve home improvement needs.

Assist customers in locating merchandise, answering questions, and processing orders.

Restock shelves and prepare items based on customer requests.

Engage in cross-training across departments such as appliances, hardware, or garden.

Minimum 6 months experience with computers and retail technology; ability to lift 25 lbs.

Preferred experience includes retail, bilingual skills, or trade certifications.

Work may involve inside and outside environments, with occasional travel for training or support.
