What you’ll do at Hoot Wealth:
Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and current clients, building trust through sound advice and steady guidance
Translate Hoot’s investment philosophy into personalized, actionable strategies for households with $1M–$5M+
Conduct new client consultations and onboardings- leads are provided, we are seeking someone who can close in this role.
Deliver comprehensive, behaviorally aware financial planning and investment guidance
Maintain a regular rhythm of outreach, follow-up, and review meetings
Collaborate with portfolio management, operations, and planning teammates to create a best-in-class client experience
Help improve our internal processes and systems as we grow—your ideas will be heard
What we’re looking for:
4+ years of experience working directly with clients in a fiduciary advisory capacity
Required: Series 7 and 65
CFP® designation strongly preferred (or on track to earn it)
Proven ability to guide clients through financial planning and investment management conversations
Excellent communicator who listens first, educates second, and always leads with empathy
Sales-savvy without being pushy—comfortable converting warm leads with authenticity
Tech-comfortable: Familiarity with planning software, CRMs, and remote communication tools
