Machine Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Press Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining press brake machines, ensuring the production of high-quality packages and components. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to read blueprints effectively. Responsibilities

Operate press brake machines to produce parts according to specifications.

Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements.

Utilize CAD software for programming and design modifications as needed.

Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.

Use calipers and other measuring tools to verify dimensions of finished products.

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic repairs when necessary.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations.

Experience

Previous experience in a manufacturing facility is preferred.

Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding technical drawings is essential.

Familiarity with CAD software for programming tasks is a plus.

Experience operating lathe machines or similar equipment is beneficial.

Strong knowledge of tooling processes and techniques is advantageous.

Basic math skills are required for accurate measurements and calculations.Company Description
