Centage is hiring an ERP Integration Specialist to lead ERP and general ledger data integrations between our clients’ systems (NetSuite, Sage, Intacct, QuickBooks, etc.) and the Centage financial planning platform.
The successful candidate will work alongside our Customer Success Managers and Advisors throughout the onboarding and go-live process, critical to the technical success of each implementation. As the ERP Integration Specialist, you’ll communicate with customers and ensure the execution of our integration workstream—from requirement gathering to data validation..
You’ll be responsible for ensuring accurate, validated, and automated data handoff from the client’s ERP to Centage using structured templates, internal tools, and light scripting.
What it’s like to be an Integration Specialist
You’ll act as the integration point person within each onboarding project, collaborating closely with clients, CSMs, Advisors, and the Integration team. You won’t lead the full onboarding project—but your success is a linchpin for client readiness.
You’ll translate ERP structures into Centage-ready data formats, troubleshoot issues, and ensure G/L data arrives clean, accurate, and usable. This role blends customer interaction with hands-on data work, perfect for someone who likes structured autonomy and real impact within a team-led implementation.
What does the day to day look like
Lead the ERP integration portion of onboarding projects
Manage all client-facing communication related to integrations
Collaborate with clients to gather ERP/GL requirements and document data structure
Map and transform data (e.g., G/L, departments, cost centers) for import into Centage
Validate financial data through internal tools, templates, and light scripting
Build and test standard or custom integrations using APIs and file-based methods
Identify and resolve discrepancies during testing and validation
Maintain technical documentation, schema libraries, and integration specs
Provide integration-related support for escalations or troubleshooting
Coordinate hand-offs and updates with CSMs, Advisors, and Support as needed
Why you might like it
You’ll enjoy this role if you love tackling data challenges in a structured, focused domain and working directly with clients—without needing to own the full onboarding lifecycle. This role allows you to focus on your lane: making ERP data flow accurately and efficiently into Centage. If you’re driven by autonomy, accountability, and the satisfaction of solving real-world data problems, you’ll thrive. You’ll have clear impact while collaborating with a broader team, contributing to successful client outcomes without carrying the full project load.
Why we might like you
You’re organized, proactive, and take full ownership of your deliverables. You communicate clearly and confidently with both technical teams and client stakeholders, bridging the gap between integration logic and user expectations. You have practical experience working with ERP systems and understand the nuances of general ledger structures. You can collaborate effectively but are fully capable of managing your own queue without constant oversight. You’re motivated by doing things right—focusing on accuracy, documentation, and improvement—and you genuinely enjoy solving problems in customer data environments.
