Job Description
A medical office in Aliso Viejo which prioritizes the health and wellness of families and offers comprehensive services tailored to every family member’s needs is looking for a Part Time Front Desk / Admin Assistant who wants to learn and grow with their practice. The shift is Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30AM to 4:30PM with a pay range of $20-22 an hour based on experience. Target start date for this position is Monday, June 23rd.
Job Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors in a warm, friendly manner
Answer incoming calls and direct to appropriate staff
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Collect co-payments and process payments
Organize and maintain paper and electronic medical records
Perform general clerical duties such as filing, copying, mailing etc.
Respond to customer queries, address concerns and ensure satisfaction
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft office applications
Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Empathetic and supportive nature
