We are seeking motivated and skilled painters and carpenters of various levels – from apprentices to experienced professionals– to join our dynamic teams. Key Responsibilities (Varies by Skill Level)
Entry-Level / Apprentice Painter
Assist with surface preparation (cleaning, sanding, masking, caulking)
Learn and apply basic painting techniques under supervision
Set up and clean tools, materials, and work areas
Follow safety procedures and job site protocols
Support journeymen and senior painters as directed
Journeyman Painter
Prepare and finish surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
Match and mix paint colors accurately
Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and sealers on various surfaces
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and written specifications
Ensure quality standards and job completion within timelines
Maintain tools and manage materials efficiently
Lead Painter
Supervise and train painting crew on daily tasks
Coordinate job schedules and maintain productivity
Ensure safety compliance and enforce job site standards
Perform quality control inspections and address issues
Liaise with clients, contractors, and management
Master Painter
Handle high-end, detailed, or specialty painting projects
Serve as expert on advanced techniques and coatings
Mentor and evaluate apprentices and journeymen
Recommend improvements to painting systems or procedures
Maintain portfolio-level craftsmanship and finish standards
Apprentice / Entry-Level Carpenter (0–1 year experience)
Basic use of hand tools (hammer, tape measure, levels)
Basic power tool safety (circular saw, drill, sander)
Material handling and job site cleanup
Measuring and marking lumber
Following directions from journeymen/supervisors
Reading basic blueprints or drawings
Installing hardware (nails, screws, brackets)
Journeyman / Mid-Level Carpenter (2–5 years experience)
Proficient with power tools (miter saws, nail guns, routers, etc.)
Interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
Framing walls, installing doors/windows, cabinetry, trim
Layout and measurement with accuracy
Use of levels, squares, and plumb bobs for quality work
Interior and exterior finish work
Familiarity with building codes and safety standards
Lead Carpenter / Senior-Level (5–10+ years experience)
Supervising crews and mentoring junior carpenters
Reading and interpreting complex blueprints/specs
Job layout and project planning
Advanced framing and finish carpentry
Material estimating and ordering
Coordinating with other trades (plumbing, electrical)
Troubleshooting and field adjustments
Ensuring quality control and adherence to code
Qualifications:
Required (all levels):
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work on ladders, scaffolding, or lifts
Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the day
Attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship
Preferred (varies by level):
0–2 years’ experience (Entry-Level)
2–5 years’ experience (Journeyman)
5–8 years’ experience + leadership (Lead)
8–10+ years’ experience + certifications (Master)
Knowledge of different coatings, materials, and tools
Valid driver’s license
