Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will oversee project planning, reporting, and execution, leveraging a range of tools and methodologies within a manufacturing environment. Based in Plano, Texas, this position offers an exciting opportunity to lead impactful projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure objectives are met effectively.

• Develop, modify, and maintain Power BI reports to provide actionable insights into project performance.

• Facilitate daily scrums, backlog grooming sessions, and other Agile practices to drive team collaboration.

• Utilize tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Zephyr to track progress and maintain project documentation.

• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and adjust plans as necessary.

• Apply change management techniques to support smooth transitions and minimize disruptions.

• Monitor the use of ERP systems, including SAP and Ariba, to optimize project workflows.

• Lead the development of new reporting structures and dashboards to enhance decision-making capabilities.

• Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies while adapting to the specific needs of the project.

• Provide regular updates and presentations to leadership on project status, risks, and opportunities.• Proven experience in IT project management within a manufacturing or similar industry.

• Proficiency with Agile Scrum practices, including backlog grooming and sprint planning.

• Strong knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Zephyr for project tracking and collaboration.

• Hands-on experience with Power BI for reporting and data visualization.

• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP and Ariba.

• Expertise in change management processes and strategies.

• Exceptional organizational and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams.

• Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, loosely Agile environment.
