Job Title: Clamp Truck Operator
Job Description
Join a groundbreaking, state-of-the-art facility in its early stages and become part of a dynamic team in the corrugated packaging industry. We seek a highly motivated Clamp Truck/Forklift Operator to thrive in a fast-paced production environment, focusing on safety, quality, and productivity.
Responsibilities
Operate the Clamp Truck/Forklift to move rolls from trucks and warehouses
Identify and address safety, quality, or production issues using provided tools.
Follow instructions and work constructively to meet shipment deadlines and conduct unloading within guidelines.
Adhere to all safety procedures and proactively address unsafe practices by co-workers.
Ensure high levels of quality, productivity, and attention to detail.
Collaborate with operators, superintendents, shipping department, and customer service to ensure accurate and damage-free loads.
Offload incoming loads timely and place them in the correct location.
Pay is between $22-25 and open on all shifts
Essential Skills
Minimum of 2 years of Roll Clamp Truck Forklift experience.
Ability to work overtime, typically 60 hours from Monday to Friday, including some Saturdays.
Proficiency in reading a measuring tape and ruler, and using basic shop math.
Capability to learn and follow instructions, ask questions, and work effectively as part of a team.
High attention to detail and dexterity in controlling company equipment and preventing damage.
Comfortable lifting up to 60 lbs throughout the day.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a spacious 550,000 square foot facility with modern equipment. Although not climate-controlled, the facility is well-ventilated. Candidates must wear steel toes, safety vests, glasses, ear protection, and hard hats. Get ready to be on your feet and active in a dynamic environment with two main work areas: Converting and Corrugating Departments.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
