Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits, reviews, and compilations of financial statements for a variety of industries.

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals and objectives.

• Apply advanced accounting principles to address complex client challenges.

• Supervise and mentor a team of 1-3 staff members during engagements.

• Build strong relationships with clients, including direct interaction with business owners.

• Ensure compliance with standards and firm policies during engagements.

• Contribute to the development of strategic plans for clients.

• Maintain the firm's culture of collaboration and excellence while working with colleagues and clients.• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.

• CPA certification or eligibility to sit for the CPA exam.

• 2-5 years of experience in public accounting, including audits, reviews, and compilations.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Previous experience with accounting software such as Thomson Reuters Engagement Manager is preferred.

• Critical thinking skills and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with assurance services and public accounting practices.
