Job Description

We are looking for an Accounting Clerk to join a team in New Richmond, Wisconsin. This is a long-term contract position that offers the opportunity to contribute to essential financial operations in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will excel in managing accounts payable and receivable while ensuring accurate data entry and invoice processing.

Responsibilities:

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes with accuracy and efficiency.

• Perform timely and precise billing tasks to support financial operations.

• Enter financial data into systems, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date.

• Process invoices and resolve discrepancies in a meticulous manner.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel to compile, analyze, and maintain financial records.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to deadlines.

• Maintain organized and accessible documentation for auditing and reporting purposes.

• Communicate with vendors and customers to address payment and billing inquiries.

• Support the overall accounting department by assisting with additional tasks as required.
