Job Description
Join our assembly department where you will contribute to the production of small electronic parts. You will work with a team to assemble various units by following work orders displayed on a computer, using both hand and power tools.
Responsibilities
Assemble small electronic parts according to work orders.
Utilize hand and power tools effectively and safely.
Read and interpret work orders using a computer.Essential Skills
Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing experience.
Proficiency with hand tools.
Basic computer skills verified through reference or work experience.
Ability to pass Benchmark Testing with at least 70% and perfect Reading Comprehension.
Possession of a High School Diploma or GED.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in a production or general labor role is beneficial.Shift/Pay
1st Shift ($18): Monday - Thursday 6:00 am-4:00 pm
2nd Shift ($20.70): Monday - Thursday 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM
4th Shift ($19.98): Friday - Sunday 6:00 am - 6:00 pm

Work Environment
The workspace is climate-controlled, ensuring a comfortable and clean environment. Employees are required to wear company-supplied smocks and ESD equipment. Work shifts include: 1st shift from 6 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Thursday; 2nd shift from 4 PM to 2 AM, Monday to Thursday; and a weekend shift from 6 AM to 6 PM, Friday to Sunday, with competitive hourly rates.

This is a Contract position based out of WINONA, Minnesota.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.70/hr.
