Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Consultant IV to lead the design, execution, and adoption of process improvements for a large-scale Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) Implementation. This lead-level position will play a critical role in transitioning from a 25-year-old PeopleSoft system to Workday, ensuring a seamless technological and business process transformation across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in process design/redesign, SaaS implementation, and stakeholder collaboration within complex, enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate interviews and engage with various stakeholders to gather business requirements.

Develop comprehensive end-to-end process diagrams using tools like Blueworks Live and Visio.

Conduct process documentation, contributing to the design and execution of business workflows for Workday HCM Implementation.

Optimize processes by identifying problems and opportunities, evaluating alternatives, and selecting effective solutions.

Use agile methodologies to diagram and own process design during Workday HCM implementation.

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Utilize concepts such as prototyping, demonstrations, focus groups, and risk assessments to support the creation and adoption of optimized processes.

Deliver concise presentations and updates on complex information for executive teams and employees impacted by process changes.

Required Skills and Experience:

Workday Implementation Experience: Previous experience with Workday or similar SaaS implementations is essential.

Process Design Expertise: Proficiency in business process management methodologies, tools, and disciplines.

Technical Tools: Advanced knowledge in diagramming with Blueworks Live and Visio.

Strong background in gathering and interpreting information from stakeholders across functional areas.

Exceptional collaboration skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams and present complex ideas in a clear manner.

Fluent in creating executive-level communications and employee-facing educational materials.

Soft Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating effectively with executive leadership and employees.

Exceptional presentation abilities, with the capacity to simplify and share complex information.

A collaborative mindset to work within cross-functional teams and support enterprise-level design processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

Hands-on experience managing or contributing to HCM system implementation projects, especially Workday.

Familiarity with large-scale enterprise projects and change management initiatives.

Experience working within agile project environments.
