About the Role

We're Roger Healthcare building AI-powered clinical documentation for home-based healthcare. We give overworked clinicians their evenings and weekends back and raise the standard of elder care.

We’re off to industry-leading growth, are backed by world-class investors, constantly shipping new products, and are looking for a talented Staff Frontend Engineer to lead development of web & mobile interfaces.

What You'll Do

Ship complex, 0-1 products and features using React and React Native

Ensure frontend performance and accessibility across our applications

Leverage AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development

Own frontend-side technical architecture and drive code quality improvements

Build services that interface with LLMs and other AI models

Be primarily an IC day-to-day rather than a manager

Collaborate with other senior engineers and mentor junior engineers

Working knowledge of Python backends preferred
