The long-term goal is to improve the health, safety, and well-being of Minnesota children and their families. Wilder Research, an independent research division of the Amherst H. Wilder Foundation, will transition into this network role over the coming months.
The MN CFRN is a membership-based network comprising over 25 Family Resource Centers in more than 40 counties across Minnesota to-date, focused on strengthening and supporting families based on the nationally recognized Family Resource Center model. Internally, this position will have research and evaluation support from Wilder Research team members, as well as organizational support from information technology, administrative, and communications teams.
This role will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating Community and Family Resource Network meetings and workgroups, initiatives, and events, including participation in NFSN activities; coordinating and supporting membership development; building capacity across the network and supporting training and technical assistance needs; collecting and reporting data, in partnership with Wilder Research; and promoting advocacy and resource development at the local, regional, and state levels.
