This is an ONSITE position in Suwanee, GA!
Position Overview/Responsibilities for the ServiceNow Developer:
Design, develop, and implement custom applications, workflows, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Customize ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HR, GRC) using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS
Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and other tools
Optimize platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure best practices in coding and configuration
Required Skills for ServiceNow Developer:
4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, including scripting (JavaScript, Glide), UI policies, business rules, and workflows
Proficiency in ServiceNow module customization (ITSM, ITOM, HR, CSM, or GRC)
Strong knowledge of integration technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, MID Server)
Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, App Engine, or Automated Test Framework is a plus
Excellent verbal and written skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
