Location: Muskegon, MI
Starting Pay: $16.50+/hr +$1 for CNA Certification (based on experience)

Job Responsibilities:
Model gentle teaching for staff.
Provide direct care to individuals served, such as bathing, administering medications, cooking, and cleaning.
Prioritize responsibilities and time management efficiently to ensure all responsibilities are met.
Demonstrate commitment to quality by responsive, professional, and efficient delivery of person-centered services.
Maintain good working relationships with clinicians, licensing consultants, and guardians.
Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely professional manner.
Ensure that the social, personal, and medical needs of each person are met, with appropriate follow-up documentation completed in a timely manner.
Ensure programs and guidelines are followed as written, including behavioral support, person-centered plans, and other individualized plans of service.
Maintain on-call availability to manage and coordinate emergency situations.
Qualifications/Experience:
High School Diploma or GED
At least two years of experience in an AFC setting required
Must be able to pass pre-employment physical and drug testing requirements
