IGS is currently recruiting for a remote MS Dynamics 365 Developer to support our work with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).

Assignment of Work and Travel:

This is a remote access assignment. The Candidate will work remotely daily and will remotely access VA systems and therein use approved VA provided communications systems. Travel is not required; however, the candidate may be required to attend onsite client meetings as requested.

The candidate will provide development services using Microsoft’s Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Power Pages to accomplish the tasks and associated deliverables required. This software will be used to support/develop CRM applications across the VA enterprise.

Responsibilities and Duties (Included but not limited to):

Provide software development, application integration, enterprise service development and enhancement, and operation and maintenance support services for CRM project

Design, develop, and support applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Pages

Customize and configure Dynamics 365 entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards

Develop and maintain Power Pages portals, including web roles, permissions, and content integration

Provide administrative support for Dynamics 365, including user access, security roles, data management, and environment maintenance

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Build integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using APIs and middleware

Develop plug-ins and custom workflow activities using C# and .NET

Conduct unit and system testing; support user acceptance testing and production deployments

Write and maintain technical documentation throughout the SDLC

Provide technical leadership and troubleshooting support for existing applications

Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations as needed

Support CRM operations and maintenance tasks across multiple environments

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a business or technical discipline

3+ years hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM development experience and strong understanding of CRM data model, business rules, and workflows may be substituted for education

Experience in Power Pages development and configuration

Strong Dynamics 365 administration experience including security, environment, and data policies

Has expertise in Dynamics plug-in development using C#.NET

Worked as Dynamics 365 integration developer interacting with external systems through APIs

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude

Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust

Strong organizational skills

Has high standards, results oriented, and a commitment to delivering high quality software on time

Preferred Qualifications and Core Competencies:

Active VA Public Trust

Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Prior, successful experience working in a remote environment

Compensation: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary, including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
