Senior Structural Engineer NYC $140K–$200K + Bonuses

I'm working with a top-tier engineering firm inNew York Citythat's delivering some of the most technically complex and visually striking projects in the region.

They're looking for aSenior Structural Engineerto lead major builds, restorations, and design initiatives, someone who can confidently manage teams, clients, and projects from concept to completion.

Compensation:

Base:$140K–$200K

10% performance bonus + additional incentives

Long-term growth and leadership track

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead and oversee multiple structural projects

Manage teams and mentor junior engineers

Structural analysis & design for new builds, renovations, restorations

Handle LL11/FISP inspections, reporting, and documentation

Coordinate with architects and MEP teams

Client relationship development & business growth

What We're Looking For:

? 10–18 years in mid/high-rise building design

? 5+ years ofLocal Law 11/FISPexperience

? Strong steel & concrete design skills

? Master's in Structural Engineering (preferred)

?P.E. license(strongly preferred)

? Fluent with AutoCAD, RISA 3D, RAM, ETABS

? Local NYC experience a must
