Full Stack Engineer

Senior Full Stack Developer (Java, Angular):

On behalf of our Finance client, Procom is searching for a Senior Full Stack Developer (Java, Angular) for a 1-year role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client's New York, NY office.

Senior Full Stack Developer (Java, Angular) - Job Description:

Develop and deliver end-to-end software solutions for the Prime Risk Analytics Platform. This involves maintaining systems that help Prime Finance analyze client risk. The project entails both enhancing existing systems and developing new features to support business needs.

Senior Full Stack Developer (Java, Angular) - Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance the User Interface using Angular latest versions and popular frameworks such as Highcharts and AgGrid

• Develop and enhance back-end part of the application written using Java (Spring Boot)

• Write unit test cases using JEST

• Work on database changes (SQL Server) to form an end-to-end solution

• Integrate with other internal and external applications using a variety of interfaces (Kafka, API, file etc.)

• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability

• Take active part in code reviews; guide and mentor more junior team members

• Take active part in support activities

Senior Full Stack Developer (Java, Angular) - Mandatory Skills:

• Excellent Angular (5+ years) / TypeScript knowledge (latest versions) and excellent understanding of HTML5 and CSS

• Excellent Java knowledge (including Spring) - 7-8+ years

• Excellent SQL knowledge

• Unix and scripting skills (Korn shell)

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools

• Knowledge of Version Control System - git

Senior Full Stack Developer (Java, Angular) – Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience working with AgGrid

• Experience working with Highcharts

• Experience with Apache Pinot

Senior Full Stack Developer (Java, Angular) – Assignment Length:

This is a 1-year contract position.
