Description:

The Machine Operator is proficient in the following job responsibilities and has at least one year of production experience with operating machines.

Essential Job Responsibilities not limited to:

Machine Operator - Hydraulic Ironworker for punching, notching, cutting and bending profiles, steel plates, angles and bars.

Cutting

Drilling/Tapping

Shear Press and Bend Operator

Saw OperatorRequirements:

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Ability to follow and carryout verbal and written instructions

Competencies

Ability to work in an environment that produces excellent quality and quantity work

Ability to communicate – verbally and written

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

Able to stand for long periods of time

Able to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds unassisted

Work Environment

Typical machine shop environment.

Willing and able to work additional hours as needed to ensure responsibilities are met.

Willing to be cross-trained on different machines

Minimum Qualifications

High School diploma or GED

Physical strength to perform semi heavy and bulky manual labor
