Front Desk/Data Entry Clerk needs 2 years’ data entry experience
Front Desk Clerk requires:
• High school diploma
• Exceptionally clean background
• Customer service
• Business background experience
• Knows customer and business support
• Knows MS Office Suite products (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knows web based applications
• Savvy in process information from one source to another
• PC savvy
• Professionally savvy
Front Desk Clerk duties:
• Receive calls, greet visitors
• Schedule clients, appointments
• Data input information into databases
• Prepare, print, fold copies
• Assist clients to use PC
• Provide monthly data entry report
• All other duties assigned
