Mentoring staff on coding practices, SQL queries, and validations
This position will support and maintain the SHIS application and its interfaces, ensuring timely and accurate processing to comply with mandated hearing deadlines.
Day-to-Day Tasks
Gather and analyze new requirements from the Bureau of Special Hearings.
Develop and implement improvements for the SHIS system.
Maintain Oracle Advanced Queueing and stored procedures for FHARM.
Create ad-hoc reports for compliance monitoring.
Troubleshoot and fix SHIS issues.
Provide ongoing application support.Requested Qualifications
7+ years developing n-tier .NET applications using the MVC pattern (.NET 3.5 or higher).
7+ years writing and developing Web Services or WCF.
7+ years working with PL/SQL in Oracle (packages, procedures, triggers).
6+ years designing reports using SSRS or Cognos.
5+ years experience with Oracle Advanced Queuing.
5+ years working with CI/CD in Azure DevOps (automated builds, pipelines, work items).
Bachelor’s Degree.
