Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring an Electronics Technician Medical Device Assembler for our client, an innovative medical technology company in Scottsdale, AZ, focused on developing and marketing noninvasive regenerative medicine products. Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Pay: $20–$25/hour (DOE)

What You’ll Do:

Assemble and test new medical devices and sub-assemblies.

Test, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair electronic/electromechanical components.

Recommend and implement process improvements for efficiency.

Support inventory management and documentation accuracy.

Collect data and assist with validation of procedures and equipment.

Perform board-level troubleshooting and soldering.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Prior experience in electronic manufacturing, troubleshooting, and soldering on circuit board assemblies.

Education: Associate’s degree in a technical field OR 4 years of equivalent work experience.

Technical Proficiency:

Skilled with oscilloscopes, DMMs, soldering tools, and hand tools

Familiarity with cGMP and Lean Manufacturing practices

Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook skills

Understanding of ESD requirements and safe handling practices

Physical Requirements:

Frequent standing and sitting

Regular use of hands and standard office equipment

Ability to lift 15 lbs frequently; occasional lifting up to 50 lbs

Occasional stooping, kneeling, and climbing

Use of a computer for up to 8 hours/day
