The Accounting Manager plays a key role in supporting the Bank’s accounting, reporting and operational functions. This role is responsible for loan and investor accounting, general ledger (GL) reconciliations, internal and board reporting, regulatory reporting, the preparation of financial statements, tables and footnotes related to SEC Reporting, among other critical financial operations

Pay range is dependent upon experience.
What You'll Do:
Loan & Investor Accounting
Oversee relationships with sub-servicers, including funding, reconciliation, and reporting.
Manage internal and custodial demand deposit accounts.
Lead remittance, balancing, and invoicing functions.
Prepare quarterly CECL/ACL calculations and support related audits.
Regulatory & SEC Reporting
Assist in producing internal board and regulatory reports, along with SEC footnotes and tables.
Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance standards.
General Accounting & Operations
Perform GL reconciliations and administrative support tasks.
Maintain data integrity, policy adherence, and process documentation.
Compliance & Risk Management
Keep up-to-date with regulatory guidance and internal compliance.
Maintain confidentiality and align with professional standards.
What You Bring:
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
7–10 years of financial reporting and accounting experience.
Skills & Proficiencies
Strong understanding of banking operations and accounting systems.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and platforms like SAGE or QuickBooks.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Preferred:
Familiarity with regulatory audits and compliance reporting.
Ability to analyze financial data and generate actionable insights.
